This iconic, award-winning project consisted of the construction of an eight-storey office building for the Australian & New Zealand College of Anaesthetists.

Externally, the building features precast concrete panels with a high-level, exposed and polished aggregate finish. Inside the building, a highly decorative, curved plaster corkscrew stairwell punctuates the space. The new facilities of the building included state-of-the-art boardrooms and underground basement car parking with a fully automated mechanical system.
