Partnering with De Nova Group who have been delivering commercial and residential developments for over 30 years, we were engaged to deliver the new Sands Hotel by Night Cap Plus, in Carrum Downs.

Adjacent to the existing bistro, bar and entertainment venue, the new hotel features 61 short-stay accommodation spaces spread across a two-storey building. The Sands Hotel offers a range of rooms from single bed studios to larger two-bed family suites. In addition to the modern rooms, the hotel features a reception foyer, board room, two internal courtyards, a gym and guest amenities.

Some of the complexities in delivering this project included a public interface, works adjacent to an operating business and the site’s close proximity to surrounding residents. Our expert delivery team handled these constraints comfortably and the project was successfully delivered on time with minimal variations.
