PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS
- Live Operating Environment
- Existing Structure Works
- Modular Construction Methods
This project for Essendon Primary School comprised the construction of a new Administration Building and Resource Centre, combined with the refurbishment of existing buildings at the school. The construction of the new buildings incorporated an expansive educational and learning centre, which upon completion enabled the school to expand its educational and administration capacity; incorporate a range of state-of-the-art educational facilities to the student community, and provide the most modern of services to the school community.
The Resource Centre was the first stage in the project and was a modular building constructed off-site in a dedicated facility. The building was fabricated and installed on-site within a four month period.
As with all our projects, safety was of paramount importance. Combined with efficient and effective project management, this project was delivered safely, on time, and to the satisfaction of our client.
