Situated at the entrance into Jubilee Estate in Wyndham Vale, Club Jubilee One is Melbourne’s first residents-only body corporate water park.

The facility includes a 25m pool, learn to swim and toddler pool, a splash pad and play equipment, and two large waterslides. The centre also includes a suite of family friendly and accessible change rooms as well as reception, first aid and administration facilities for the operator.

With a focus on minimising running costs and environmental impacts, very few details were overlooked. Some of the facility features include; a co-generation plant, a complex building management system to monitor temperature and humidity, a 100% fresh air handling system with heat exchange and an air-tight building envelope.

The project was delivered under a ECI/D&C contract and our early involvement saw efficient and effective design changes implemented early on in a collaborative manner with the consultant team. Any design or buildability challenges throughout the entire project were met with a collaborative and proactive approach to work out the most time and cost-effective solution. This resulted in a project that was delivered on time and on budget.
