The project scope mainly consisted of demolition works and refurbishment works including extending the existing building in two locations. Overall, the works included a partial re-roof, feature aluminum cladding, new masonry and steel structure, new landscaping and internal finishes throughout.

The works were delivered over a number of stages within an operational facility. Coordination and planning with our subcontractors and the Facility Manager for daily construction activities was a necessity to minimise disruptions to the building occupants whilst maintaining the programme schedule. Replacement of external windows within occupied rooms required careful planning and involved isolation of the works from adjoining areas with individual door and window suite hoardings.
